Service Description

This executive functioning service focuses on two core challenges many students face: staying organized and managing time. Students learn how to use calendars, planners, folders, and scheduling tools to plan ahead, avoid last-minute stress, and feel more in control of school demands. For students with ADHD, anxiety, or perfectionism, we gently guide them toward simple systems that work for them—not just generic strategies. We also support longer-term planning for projects and test prep, helping students break big tasks into small, doable steps. Our goal is to foster academic independence, reduce stress, and help students feel equipped to take charge of their time.
