About the Role

Virtual Tutoring Teacher – High School Algebra Archimedes Educational Services LLC is seeking a certified high school algebra teacher to provide individualized virtual tutoring sessions for students. This contract position is ideal for educators passionate about helping students build confidence and mastery in algebra through personalized instruction.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in high school algebra.

Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including special education and ESL students.

Utilize technology and digital tools to create an effective online learning experience.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning.

Develop strategies to help students improve problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Maintain a structured and engaging virtual tutoring environment.

Qualifications
Certified teacher within the United States (required).

Special Education and ESL certification (preferred).

Experience teaching high school algebra in an online or classroom setting.

Strong communication and instructional skills in a virtual environment.

Ability to create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Position Details
Contract position for both summer and school-year terms.

Remote role – teachers must reside in the United States.

Summer schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM CST.

School-year schedule: Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM CST.
