Services include IEPs, Section 504 plans, homebound, and transitional services. We ensure continuity in care through education and resources. You may have school-aged patients that are thriving in therapy but require additional support at school. Archimedes Educational Services works in tandem with you, your patients and families, educators, and other providers to identify and implement appropriate accommodations in school. Your patient may qualify for a Section 504 Plan, Special Education, or require Homebound and Transitional Services. Archimedes Educational Services is also able to provide education and other resources to your patients, families, and schools to ensure continuity in care.
